Cats don't get red eye, they get green eye! But UpShot solved the problem. In retouch, I used the red eye tool to remove the "green eye" by brushing the effect on and lowering the red eye brightness slider.

I used Fast Fix, and then retouched the eyes. I cropped the photo too.

Ran Fast Fix, then I reduced the saturation to reduce the yellow tint in his coat caused by lighting. Then I removed the effect to bring the color back to the blanket, pillow, nose and collar.

First I used Fast Fix. Then I went to retouch and removed the green eyes. Finally, I cropped the photo to really focus on the dog.
