I see a blank page when I click my download link, how do I fix this?
This may be caused by a few factors, please refer to the list below for possible solutions:
- Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser. In Internet Explorer 6, set the Privacy setting to anything lower than "Block All Cookies".
- Set your browser’s Security setting is to "low" or
- If you get a yellow security bar at the top of your browser window informing you it has blocked your download, click the yellow bar and select "Download File" from the menu.
- Check if you have firewall software that may be blocking our site. For help configuring your firewall software, please refer to your firewall's help documents on how to block and unblock web sites or contact the publisher of the software.
- Check your connection with your Internet service provider (ISP): For help with your ISP, including download speeds and disconnection problems, please use the normal support channels provided by your ISP.
