Although we maintain the right to review, edit and remove Content from UpShotPhoto.com in our sole discretion, we do not control the Content that is submitted to UpShotPhoto.com and, as such, we do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. Under no circumstances will UpShotPhoto.com or Bellamax be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, the subject matter of any Content, any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via UpShotPhoto.com.
