Information You Provide and How We Use It
Your Personal Information
Your personal information is used to conduct business with you, to verify your identity as an UpShot customer, and for the delivery of prizes or other materials. Personal information may be rented or shared with partners or other businesses that may market their products to you. You will have the option to "opt out" of this arrangement as described below. Except as described in the privacy statement, Bellamax does not rent, sell, or share your e-mail address or telephone number with anyone unless you explicitly give us permission to do so, or unless required to do so to satisfy any law, regulation, governmental request, or judicial order.

Information You Explicitly Provide
To download software or to place any orders on the UpShot site, you will be asked to provide certain personal information such as your name, telephone number, mailing and email addresses, and financial information such as a credit card number and expiration date. We use this information to process your order and to notify you of your order status and communicate with you regarding information pertaining to UpShot. It will be shared with those persons necessary to process your order. For example, your financial information may be shared with the financial institution that issued your credit card.

We may also ask you for your personal information and/or information about your photography equipment and practices, in order for you to receive special offers or promotions, and to register you for contests or sweepstakes. We may use this information to make improvements on our site, offer new products, or customize your experience on the UpShot site. In any event, we will not share your personal information with third parties without giving you the opportunity to opt-out.

We may use aggregate non-personal information for statistical analysis of user behavior, product development, content improvement, and marketing promotional and advertising purposes. We may also make aggregate non-personal information available to third parties.

Information We Collect Automatically
IP Address
We analyze Internet Protocol (IP) addresses in the aggregate for system administration purposes. We do not link IP addresses to your UpShot order ID, with the following exception: when you place an order using our online checkout process we may record your computer's IP address along with your order to help us identify fraudulent credit card use. We may share this information with the financial institution that issued the credit card used to place an order or with law enforcement authorities if we determine, or are notified, that the use of the credit card was fraudulent.

Information Sharing
Third Party Service Provider
We may share your personal information with those companies that assist us in shipping a product to you. We may share your credit card information with a financial institution to effect your purchase of our products using your credit card. We may share personal information (not including credit card information) with third parties that assist us with the administration of our newsletters or contests or that help us understand the results of particular surveys we may perform. We may also engage third parties to assist us by tracking the number of visitors to the UpShot site that have "clicked-through" from specified promotions on third party Web sites and those visitors' activities on the UpShot site. We may also choose to offer certain third party products through the UpShot site and may disclose certain portions of your personal information (not including credit card information) to allow those product producers to fulfill your product order.

Security
Keeping your personal and financial information secure is vitally important to us. We urge you not to disclose your personal information to anyone. The UpShot site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of the information under our control. Financial information is transferred between client and the UpShot Web server using a public/private key encryption method using a certificate authority. We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Access to data is limited to authorized Bellamax staff members. Web security and security procedures are reviewed and updated to ensure data protection.

Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online, that information may be collected and used by others. If you post personal information online in a place that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, Bellamax cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. However, once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems. Opting-Out
You may opt-out of receiving newsletters and other communications from us, excluding email concerning your account. You can discontinue your receipt of such newsletters by sending an email with your request to support@upshotphoto.com.
